On Saturday 12th September, if you missed out last time, Next Leadership and Pickle Jar are hosting another powerful day designed to help women uncover what's holding them back and step forward with greater confidence, clarity, and freedom.

Break Through the Limits on Your Leadership is a practical and reflective workshop that combines coaching, scripture, conversation, and personal reflection to help you see yourself (and your leadership!) through a different lens. 

Throughout the day you'll explore:

• The hidden beliefs and blind spots that can shape your leadership

• How your inner narrative influences your confidence and decision-making

• What scripture says about your identity and calling

• Practical tools for moving forward with greater purpose and courage

• The power of community, encouragement, and honest conversation

Expect moments of insight, laughter, challenge, reflection, and prayer as you journey alongside other women who are asking similar questions.
