15 Years of Impact... and We're Just Getting Started!
Where have the years gone? It’s hard to believe that the 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership was first published back in 2010! And what a journey it has been!
We started by trying to convince publishers that a Christian book with “women” and “leadership” in the title had an untapped audience, ready and waiting. They weren’t so sure—so we self-published. Then, in 2021, the updated version found a new home with Zondervan.
Over the last 15 years, an estimated 25,000–30,000 copies have been purchased by women in leadership across the UK, Europe, Australia, East and West Africa, and the US. And not just women—men too! One memorable moment came when a man approached Kate at a conference for a signed copy. Assuming it was for his wife, Kate asked, “What’s her name?” His reply? “If my wife wants a copy, she’ll have to get her own!”
We truly thought the 7 Deadly Sins journey was done and dusted in 2021—but God had other plans. A wave of fresh interest rolled in from Germany, the Netherlands, across the US, East and Southern Africa… even Lebanon! One leader from Hawaii was surprised to learn that the book had been around that long.
So, we listened—and responded.
After releasing a free book club kit in 2022, we turned our attention to something new: an 8-part video study series.
We’re thrilled to announce that the 7 Deadly Sins Video Series has now launched! The battle to create it was intense—which makes us all the more confident that God wants to use it powerfully in the lives of leaders today.
