Pickle Jar exists to explore the intersection of art, faith, formation and innovation. We create spaces — physical, digital, and imaginative — where artists, thinkers, leaders and makers can connect, collaborate and grow.

Salt – Training, Leadership & Spiritual Formation

Workshops, leadership coaching, theological reflection, and creative discipline. Develop skills that preserve and strengthen creative influence. Creating an online community to spark innovation and make space for reflection. 

Brine – Peer-to-Peer Collaboration & Creative Solution Finding

Regular online meetups, peer mentoring, and project support. A space to bring raw ideas and see them develop through community wisdom.

Jar – Curated Events & Gatherings

Marquee events, studio sessions, exhibitions, and retreats. A place for bold ideas and honest expression to take tangible form.

Through formational practices, collaboration, and curated events, Jonny, Sarah and team equip and inspire people to create work and grow in ways that stirs the soul, challenges the status quo, and reflects something deeper.
